Launch of Viman Brand
“The Good Karma team were really great to work with. They integrated really well with our internal team and were refreshingly
fun to work with! They took the time to really understand us, the product we were developing, and the bigger picture of what
we were trying to achieve.
Of course they produced great outputs as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better partner for a critical product launch!”

and 'Go to Market' Strategy
Development
Good Karma was invited by Varna Packaging to help them reposition and relaunch their flexible packaging brand to compete in the global arena, as they prepared to expand into the export markets of the Maldives, Russia, USA, Canada, and Australia in 2022. Good Karma began by engaging in primary and secondary research in these markets, and conducted an industry and competitive analysis, and brand positioning strategy for the brand. From this, a creative strategy and new brand image was developed to better position Varna as an innovative and agile global brand with a fresh new offer. A marketing communications plan inclusive of a digital marketing strategy and ‘Go to market’ strategy was developed in each market, with key metrics to ensure the campaign’s success. We look forward to Varna’s continued success in its ambitious global expansion journey.
Employee Value Proposition
(EVP) for Hemas Holdings
“Hemas engaged Good Karma for our project on developing an Employee Value Proposition. Although Good Karma is not an HR consulting company, their work in the branding space inspired enough confidence in us to approach them to partner with us on this project which is vital for Hemas.
From the inception, Sandya and Yami displayed deep insights into their subject matter and were ready to learn what was unfamiliar to them to ensure successful outcomes for the project. Their deep understanding of Hemas cultivated during other assignments carried out for us too added much value in this assignment. They also helped us to source companies which are highly skilled at quantitative and qualitative research to handle the research components of the project. Their mature approach helped them work across businesses and across levels of the organization to arrive at outcomes of a high quality.”

Lankan Corporate world to be using a holistic approach to wellness” The company believes
that this will change employee lives for the better and promote individual wellbeing.
Good Karma helped us to think in a creative unconventional way to send out a message & start a conversation about employee wellness at Hemas. They helped us to source some of the best creative minds in SL to develop a well thought out impactful campaign. Good Karma is a great addition to the creative & communications world of Sri Lanka. We wish them well!
